Once you're onboard, we’ll send over a secure intake form where you’ll provide key business info. This helps us start building your documents and submitting required paperwork.

From this point, we take over the heavy lifting:

• Drafting your Policy & Procedure Manual

• Preparing your Business Plan, Budget, and Resumes

• Organizing required folders for inspection readiness

• Filing state license paperwork

• Assisting with Medicaid & MCO enrollment

We keep you informed while we handle the complex parts.

Once everything is submitted and approved, your agency is ready to operate. You’ll receive:

• A full startup packet

• Organized admin folders

• Licensing and Medicaid confirmation

• Optional post-launch support
